Artist statement

My artworks are visual stories. I use various materials and techniques to illustrate characters, allegorical themes, and ideas informed by personal and collective experiences.

I usually start with a drawing on paper, and that can be transformed into a textile piece, a digital piece, or mixed media piece. I love combining materials and playing around with techniques.

The profile photo shows me with the Irish President of Ireland, M.D. Higgins on the day that I was honoured by presenting him with one of my artworks.

I am open to collaborations and exhibitions.
