Artist statement

I am a visual storyteller that is interested in creating local and sustainable images with elements from nature and used or recycled materials. 

I make blueprints or cyanotypes, an analoge way of printing pictures with uv-light. Therefore I expose local flowers, leaves and seaweeds to sunlight. Every now and then I take a trip to digital photography. I also experiment with eco-dyeing recycled materials with plants and roots and making inks. I'm interested in communicating through my art in expositions or collaborative projects.
