ARTIST STATEMENT
I AM an artist living in Australia. I like to draw and paint. I use Oil, Acrylic, Watercolour, Pencil and Oil Pastel. I prefer to draw and paint from life. My work transports me to another place, I delight in the challenge of colour on a palette and take great pleasure in completing work. Creativity is not a choice, it is a matter of my being; with drawing and painting in my life I feel whole and complete. My life journey is what I communicate to the viewer, I am trying to work out this natural life and hope appreciation from my mere dots, smudges and lines take you to another place, even if for a short time.
